Olaf SchneewindProfessor and ChairmanOlaf
Schneewind, M.D., Ph.D. was appointed Professor and Chair of the
Department of Microbiology at the University of Chicago in July, 2004.
Prior to this appointment, Dr. Schneewind served the University of
Chicago as Professor in the Department of Molecular Genetics and Cell
Biology and as Chairman of the Committee on Microbiology.
